JFJ Disc Repair is working to make our website easier to use for people with disabilities. We want customers to be able to explore our products, read support information, and get help with an order.
Our Approach
Our accessibility improvements are guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is an improvement target, not a claim that every page or feature has been certified as conforming.
Accessibility is ongoing work. We review areas such as readable text, keyboard navigation, clear form labels, visible focus indicators, image descriptions, and the usability of shopping and support features.

Report an Accessibility Barrier
To help us understand the issue, include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and what happened. If you are comfortable sharing them, your browser, device, and assistive technology can also help us investigate.
Include a way for us to contact you. Please do not send passwords or full payment card details. We will review your report and work with you to find an appropriate way to access the information or support you need.
Documents and Third-Party Features
Some older content, downloadable documents, translations, and third-party features may have accessibility limitations. Payment services, sign-in tools, embedded media, and other external services can work differently with assistive technology.
If one of these features creates a barrier, please let us know so we can help with the task and consider improvements. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit of every page, document, and third-party feature.
