Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days for domestic shipments, with overnight delivery available for an additional charge. International shipping times vary based on destination.
Carriers: We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on the destination. The choice of carrier is made to optimize delivery time and cost.
International Shipping: We ship to most international countries. Shipping costs and times will vary depending on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by their country's customs officials.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Return Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at jfjdiscrepairinc@gmail.com with your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at jfjdiscrepairinc@gmail.com
