Welcome to JFJ. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases you make from JFJ Disc Repair / JFJ EASY PRO™ (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Ordering & Accounts

You must provide accurate contact, shipping, and billing details. Orders may be declined or cancelled (with a refund) if information cannot be verified.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable duties.
3) Pricing, Taxes & Payment
- Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice until your order is submitted.
- Sales tax is calculated based on shipping address where applicable.
- International buyers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., PayPal, card, Venmo). Payments are processed by third-party processors subject to their terms.
4) Shipping & Delivery
- Available carriers/rates are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Orders normally ship within our posted processing times (business days) after payment clears.
- Risk of loss transfers to you when the package is tendered to the carrier.
- Please double-check your address; shipments returned or lost due to incorrect address may incur additional fees for reshipment.
5) Order Changes & Cancellations
- Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel. We’ll try to help, but orders already packed or shipped cannot be modified.
- We may cancel all or part of an order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues). You’ll be refunded for any cancelled items.
6) Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
- 30-Day Return Window: Most new, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery with an RMA authorization.
- How to return: Email us for an RMA. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Condition: Items must be clean, complete, and resellable. We cannot accept used consumables (pads, compounds) or items damaged by misuse/installation.
- Fees: Unless defective or we shipped the wrong item, you’re responsible for return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable.
- Inspection & Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Limited Warranty (30 Days): We warrant our machines and parts against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from delivery. Our sole obligation is, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the defective item.
- Exclusions: Normal wear items (e.g., pads, compounds), cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modification, and damage in transit are not covered.
7) Repairs, Consumables & Professional Use
- Performance depends on proper setup, pads/compounds, and maintenance per our instructions.
- Consumables are expected-wear items; results vary by media condition.
- If used in a commercial environment, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and safety standards.
8) Non-Returnable Items (unless defective)

Used consumables, downloadable/activation-code products, custom orders, clearance/“final sale” items, and items marked non-returnable on the product page.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your purchase or use of the products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10) Compliance & Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the products for any unlawful purpose and to follow all instructions, safety information, and maintenance schedules.
11) Privacy & Security
Your purchase is subject to our Privacy Policy (see link in footer/checkout). Payment is processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card data on our servers.
12) Fraud & Chargebacks
We may require additional verification or refuse/limit orders. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
13) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, supply constraints, natural disasters).
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
15) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
