JFJ Easy Pro™ Warranty Terms and Conditions
Your new JFJ Easy Pro machine comes with a 3 month warranty which covers all parts and labor. The Warranty starts from the date of purchase and ends 90 days from that date. Warranty does not cover damages incurred from misuse of the machine and or damages during the shipping of your machine to our location for repair.
If for any reason the machine needs to be returned to JFJ for repair, the following shipping terms will apply based on how many months you have owned your machine.
Shipping Terms:
0-1 Month: If there is a problem with your machine during this time we will exchange it for a new machine. JFJ will issue a call tag to have the defective machine returned and will send a new machine to replace it. You will keep all the original supplies and only the machine will be exchanged.
2-3 Months: If there is a problem with your machine during this time and needs to be sent in for repair, you will be responsible for shipping the machine to JFJ and JFJ will be responsible for the return shipping
Before any machine can be returned to JFJ for repair you must first call our office at (800) 245-3675 to get a Return Authorization number. All machines must be cleaned prior to returning your machine for repair. If any machine is returned to our location and needs to be cleaned by our staff there will be a $20.00 charge that is not covered under the warranty.
Extended Warranty:
1 year extended warranty can be purchased for your Easy Pro machine for $50. If you would like to purchase the extended warranty it must be purchased before the Manufacturers Warranty expires. The same Shipping Terms as 2-3 Months will apply for the Extended Warranty period and the remaining conditions will also apply.
