Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

1. Money Back Guarantee

All JFJ products come with a 30-day money back guarantee.

How to Return an Item for Refund

You must return the item within 30-days of your purchase in order to receive a full refund.

  1. Please, call (800) 245-3675 to request a refund and we will assign you a Return Authorization #, and email you a return shipping label.

  3. Include in your package the reason for your return, and the receipt of purchase.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Your machine is equipped with an identifier in the case that it needs to be returned for any reason. Returning an older machine in place of a newer machine within the 30-day money back period, is a violation of our guarantee, and will not be supported.

This product is not made to work with any third party or aftermarket products. The use of any third party or aftermarket products may be harmful to your health, and cause damage to the machine. Any damage caused by the use of unauthorized products will void your warranty.

Restocking Fee
Any machine returned to the Factory or any Retailers, during the 30-day guarantee period must return all used and unused supplies with the machine.  If any machine is returned without the used or unused supplies, especially 2-compounds, 2-buffing pads, and 2-sanding pads, the Factory or Retailer is entitled to charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be done within 30-days of your purchase.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.

3. Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carriers

Domestic: we use the following carriers to deliver our orders – FedEx

International Orders: will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, not FedEx. The shipping time is 6-10 business days, however, it could take up to a month to receive depending on your location. If you would like to expedite your shipment for faster shipping, please contact us immediately to arrange. If the shipping amount that you paid exceeds the cost for USPS Priority Mail shipping and handling, you will be issued a refund for the difference. The shipping charges paid do not cover any customs import taxes and duties. It is the purchasers responsibility to pay any taxes and duties upon receiving the shipment.

You may call our office, or email us to request the tracking number for your order once shipped.

Shipping Rates

Any orders over $150 are qualified for Free Shipping in the Continental United States.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and dimension of your products, and your shipping location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

If an item goes on back order we will notify you by phone and email.
